Steamed chicken with mushrooms, taro ball soup
Ingredients:
Mushrooms, chicken thighs, enoki mushrooms, dried shiitake mushrooms, taro in Lipu, purple potatoes, rock sugar, small balls, coconut milk
Steps:
1. Put the purple potatoes, taro, large and small rice into two small stewing pots, add water to cover the ingredients.
2. Stew in "fine stew" mode for 20 minutes.
3. During this time, you can handle the chicken thighs, soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water in advance, and wash the chicken thighs, remove the bones and cut them into pieces.
4. Chicken thigh meat add minced garlic, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a small spoonful of salt, a spoonful of cornstarch, a spoonful of water for mushrooms, scratch well marinated.
5. Wash the enoki mushrooms, slice the shiitake mushrooms and spread them to the bottom of the bowl, then put the marinated chicken and shredded ginger on top.
6. Steam the chicken with mushrooms on the top of the steamer, put taro soup and rice on the bottom, switch to "fine steam" mode and steam for 30 minutes.
7. Sprinkle icing sugar before serving, then add coconut milk and small balls.
