Introduction
No Knead (Soft Crust)
Ingredients
420g flour, 300ml milk, 40g sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 30ml olive oil, 6g yeast,
50g walnuts, 50g cranberries.
Methods

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a rolling pin to form a ball

1. Mix to form a ball (no kneading) and let rise for an hour, covered with plastic wrap.
2: Refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to 3 days.

1: Remove the dough from the refrigerator and return it to the warmth for one hour.
2: Sprinkle some flour on the dough to prevent it from sticking and shape it into a ball.

Slice the dough into 4 equal portions

Close the dough and knead it, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 20 minutes

1: Flatten the dough into a rectangle, pinch the top and bottom edges together, and then shape it into an oval shape.
2: Using a knife, make a few cuts in the dough and spray with water to prevent the dough from drying out.

Bake the dough in the oven for 18-20 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool down, then cut it into pieces and enjoy.
