Steps
1.70g soybean paste and set aside.
2.70g sweet noodle sauce and set aside.
3.150g pork and set aside.
4. Cut the pork into cubes.
5. Pour the sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of cold water to mix well and set aside.
6. Set aside chopped green onion and aniseed.
7. Wash the onions and set aside.
8. Dice the onion and set aside.
9. Heat the pan with cold oil, add chopped green onion and aniseed.
10. Fry over low heat until fragrant and take out.
11. Pour in the diced meat and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
12. The stir-fried diced meat changes color and the oil becomes cloudy.
13. Stir-fry until the oil turns from cloudy to clear.
14. Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry over low heat.
15. Stir-fry until the oil and sauce are mixed together and the sauce becomes glossy. Add a small spoonful of sugar and stir-fry evenly.
16. Add diced onions and stir-fry.
17. Stir-fry until the onions are diced and raw, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
18. The fried sauce comes out of the pot.
