Winter melon 300g
White rice 300g (2 bowls amount)
Dried cherry blossom shrimp 10g
Dried osmanthus fish 10g
Water 600ml
Salt in moderation
Pepper in moderation
How to do it
Steps 1. Wash the dried cherry blossom shrimp and dried osmanthus fish and cut the winter melon into small dices and set aside.
Step 2: Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then add the dried cherry blossom shrimp, dried osmanthus fish, and diced winter melon into the pot, and reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper to taste before serving. Because the dried cherry blossom shrimp and dried osmanthus fish are already a little salty, remember to taste test before seasoning salt is put in to avoid over-salting.
