Prepare chopped green onion and shredded ginger

Fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry again. When both sides are browned, remove from the pan.

Simmer until the soup is basically dry, put a small amount of sugar and stir well, out of the pan on the plate.
Tips
1 Tofu in the process of frying, pay attention to the fire, fire is easy to paste, fire is too small is difficult to fry through.
2 Because tofu is not easy to flavor, it's best to salt it once on each side of the pan. I forgot to put salt on one side, but it didn't matter.
3 The shrimp is quite salty, so basically you don't need to put salt in the soup.
4 Put a small amount of sugar in the pot, it can play a role of freshness.
