How to eat avocado
1, direct consumption

2, do milkshake
The avocado with appropriate milk or yogurt, plus honey, into the blender, blended into a milkshake, which is my favorite. Pick a ripe and soft avocado, cut it in half, take away the core, use a small fork or spoon to scrape the flesh from the skin and crush it, put in a spoonful of sugar and mix it well, and eat it directly with a spoon.
3, dipped in mustard soy sauce
Take a green raw avocado, cut in half, take away the core, and then everything two, with a knife to peel off the skin, cut the flesh into 0.5cm ~ 1cm slices, plate; prepare a small dish of soy sauce, a little mustard. For dipping, I feel the texture is similar to salmon and tuna belly meat.
