The method of vegetarian fried dried noodles

Use soy sauce, aged vinegar, minced garlic, salt, chicken essence, chopped green onion and juice for later use (personally, you can put more aged vinegar, but of course you can add it when eating)

Boil vermicelli for 7 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water for a while, then add some sesame oil and mix.

Scrambled eggs with hot oil in a hot pan, with a little more oil.

Stir-fry the eggs and put them into the vermicelli. Pour the spare juice into the vermicelli and stir-fry. Don't stop. If the pan dries too fast, put some water in the spoon. (Generally, when the pan is almost dry, the noodles are almost cooked.)

Serve in a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
