Professor Gu Zhishan thinks that the theory of "Six Meridians Want to Solve" put forward by Zhongjing is actually based on the concept of space-time orientation of orderly and dynamic changes of "Three Yin San Yang" and "Opening and Closing Pivot" in Huangdi Neijing, and it is the expression of six states of human body's gasification. Six Meridians "Three Yin San Yang" have their own dominant qi in heaven and earth, and three Yin San Yang are solved with their dominant qi.

"When Six Classics Want to Solve" comes from Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases. By studying and practicing with Professor Gu Zhishan, a representative inheritor of Shilongsha medical school, the author is deeply impressed by its application value. Here, I will talk about my experience with a case.

Case 1: Bronchial asthma (treated from "when Jue Yin wants to relieve" and "when Yang Ming wants to relieve")

Gong, female, 30 years old, was first diagnosed on 20 14 12 February. I have been suffering from asthma since I was a child. Asthma has occurred frequently since 20 14 years 10 months. I took Chinese medicine in the local area for 2 months, but I didn't get better. Diagnosis: at 2 o'clock at night, wheezing, screaming with phlegm, chest tightness, dyspnea, asthma at night accompanied by thirst, vexation with heat, white expectoration, clear nose, poor cough, acceptable stomach, normal stool, thin yellow tongue coating, reddish tongue and thready pulse. Considering the onset of syndrome ugliness (at 2 o'clock at night), it accords with "when Jue Yin wants to be relieved", so Wumei Pill is added and subtracted: 30g of Mume, 3g of Asarum, 4g of Cinnamomum cassia (below), 6g of Chuanlian, 0g of Cortex Phellodendri10g, 0g of Angelica sinensis10g, and 0g of Codonopsis pilosula15g. Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata10g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata15g, Semen Lepidii15g, and Fructus Jujubae10g. 7 doses, decocted in water, after dinner and before going to bed 1 time, each time150ml.

Second diagnosis (20 14 years124 February): I complained that asthma was relieved at night after taking the above two doses, because my back was afraid of cold, and my tongue was thin and dry with dark red tongue and thready pulse. It is also proposed that the original prescription be added with antlers10g, Radix Rehmanniae10g, Herba Ephedrae 5g and Ramulus Cinnamomi10g. 7 doses, decocted in water, taken in the morning and evening 1 time.

The third diagnosis (20 15 years 1 27th of the month): The condition was controlled after taking the medicine. Due to the change of weather, I accidentally caught cold, which led to asthma recurrence, wheezing, wheezing and choking, and my back was cold and afraid of cold. I used Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yanghe Decoction in the local area, but I came to see a doctor again. I told you when the attack was aggravated at 5-6 pm and 3-6 am, and the attack was obvious, showing wheezing throat. When I coughed, I felt smooth, vomited a small amount of transparent foam sputum, sneezing nose, slightly swollen epigastric cavity, and loose stool. According to the onset time at 5-6 pm, it is consistent with "when Yangming wants to solve problems" and "when Jueyin wants to solve problems" at 3-6 am, so the recipe of Wumei Pill and Xiaochengqi Decoction is selected. The prescription is: 30g of Wumei, 3g of Asarum, 4g of Cinnamomum cassia (below), 4g of Chuanlian, 6g of Cortex Phellodendri, and angelica1. Fructus Aurantii10g, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis15g, Radix Zanthoxyli 5g, Radix Glycyrrhizae preparata 9g, Semen Lepidii15g, Herba Ephedrae 5g, Semen Armeniacae Amarum10g, and Fructus Jujubae10g. 14 dose, decocted in water, taken 40 minutes after lunch and dinner 1 time, each time 150 ml.

Fourth diagnosis (February, 20 15 12): I complained that I felt relaxed after taking Shangfang 1 time (half dose), and my asthma was relieved. My chest tightness was eliminated after taking 3 doses, and all the symptoms disappeared after taking 7 doses. I took the medicine again 1 Zhou Gonggu. Because I caught a cold yesterday and coughed a little, I didn't have asthma this time. The patient was very happy, with little phlegm, no nasal congestion, a thin and dark red fur and a thin pulse. The original prescription is 9 grams of dried ginger, and fried atractylodes 10 gram and Liuqu 10 gram are added to strengthen spleen and stomach, stimulate appetite and increase food intake. 14 dose, after taking the medicine, asthma is completely controlled, and then twice as much as the above material is decocted to consolidate the aftermath.

Case 2: Asthma with chest tightness variability (treated from "when Jue Yin wants to relieve" and "when Shao Yang wants to relieve")

Zhang, female, aged 36, was first diagnosed on 20 14120 October. Breathing and coughing, especially at 1~3 in the morning, nauseating, loose stool, thin yellow tongue coating, dark red tongue, and thin and thready pulse. The airway provocation test was positive. Because the onset time 1~3 o'clock coincides with "when Jue Yin wants to be relieved", Wumei Pill is added and subtracted. The prescription is: 35g of Mume, 3g of Asarum, 4g of Cinnamomum cassia, 3g of Chuanlian, 0g of Cortex Phellodendri10g, 0g of Angelica sinensis10g, and codonopsis pilosula/kloc. 7 doses, decocted in water, after dinner and before going to bed 1 time, each time150ml.

Second diagnosis (20 14 years128 October): I complained that my asthma and suffocation had been eliminated in the early morning 1~3 o'clock, but at 5~6 o'clock in the morning and at 7~9 o'clock in the morning, I was still prone to cough with cold, yellow phlegm, dry mouth and bitter taste, very nauseous cough, dry throat and itchy rash on my face. Since the onset time is 5-9 a.m., spanning "Jue Yin" and "when shaoyang wants to relieve" (from Yin to Chen Shang), the original prescription is added with 6 grams of Bupleurum, 6 grams of Radix Codonopsis 15 grams of Radix Scutellariae 10 grams of Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata 10 grams and 5 grams of Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. 7 doses, decocted in water, taken in the morning and evening 1 time, each time150ml.

Third visit (20 14 years 1 1 5/month): The upper cough was completely eliminated after oral administration.

Case 3: hypochondriac pain (treated from "Jue Yin wants to relieve")

Lu, a 56-year-old female, was first diagnosed on June 6, 20 14. The patient suffered from pain and discomfort in the right hypochondrium for more than 0/0 years. Medical history: the patient suffered from pain in the right hypochondrium without obvious inducement more than 0/0 years ago, and took drugs to soothe the liver and regulate qi, but there was no obvious relief. At the time of seeing a doctor, the patient suffered from pain in the right hypochondrium, preferring to lie in the right position and wandering in pain. At 2~3 o'clock in the evening, he suffered from severe pain, accompanied by belching and watery acidity. After catching cold, he was prone to cough, sore throat, dry mouth, good appetite, dry stool, sleepy at night, thin and yellow tongue coating, dark quality and astringent pulse. No hepatobiliary abnormalities were found by B-ultrasound. At first, it was ineffective to choose Xiangfu Inula Decoction, Sini Powder, Jinlingzi Powder and Shixiao Powder from the conventional method of soothing the liver, regulating qi and regulating collaterals. Considering that the onset time was 2-3 pm, it was in line with "when Jue Yin wanted to relieve", the recipe of Wumei Pill was modified: 30g of Mumei, 3g of Asarum, 0g of Ramulus Cinnamomi10g, 5g of Radix Aconiti Preparata and 4g of Rhizoma Coptidis. 7 doses, daily 1 dose, 300ml thick decoction, taken twice a day.

Second diagnosis (June 20/KOOC-0/4/KOOC-0/3): The patient complained that his right hypochondriac pain was greatly reduced, his mouth was dry, his hunger was relieved, and now he felt a burning sensation in his right hypochondria, and his tongue coating was thin and yellow, his quality was dark, and his pulse was rough. If the effect is not improved, the original recipe of ebony is added to 50g, and whole Fructus Trichosanthis10g, 5g of safflower and 5g of roasted licorice are added. 7 doses, usually decocted.

Third diagnosis (201June 20th, April): The patient complained that hypochondriac pain had been removed, the throat was slightly dry, the burning sensation in the right hypochondrium was obvious, the tongue coating was thin and white, the quality was dark and the pulse was thin. If the effect is not correct, the original prescription will continue to take 7 doses.

Case 4: hypochondriac pain (treated from "Yangming wants to solve")

Chen Mou, a 65-year-old male, was hospitalized with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and his cough and asthma were relieved after treatment. On the third day of rounds, the patient complained of left hypochondriac pain, sometimes distending, and the pain was severe at 3~4 pm, with dry mouth and bitter taste, and no special discomfort, and the tongue coating was thin and yellow. Because of the patient's hypochondriac pain after 3 pm, it is very painful, which is in line with "Yangming's desire to relieve" (from Shen to Shang), that is, Xiaochengqi Decoction is added and subtracted: raw rhubarb10g (lower back), bitter orange10g, magnolia officinalis10g, and roasted licorice root 5g. 2 doses, take 1 dose, and the hypochondriac pain will be removed immediately.

According to "When Six Meridians Want to Solve", it first appeared in Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and "Six Meridians Disease" has its own time to solve, such as "When the sun disease wants to solve, it goes from the fourth to the last", "When Yangming disease wants to solve, it goes from the application to the last", "When Shaoyang disease wants to solve, it goes from the yin to the morning" and "Taiyin disease wants to solve". Of course, "wanting to solve" does not necessarily mean that the disease is getting better, but that the six meridians, with the help of the weather in their respective time areas, may overcome the evil and make the disease easy to solve, or there may be people who have a fierce struggle between good and evil and show aggravated symptoms.

Case 1, wheezing at the first diagnosis occurred at the ugly time (2 o'clock at night), which was in line with "when Jueyin wants to be relieved". So Wumei Pill, a representative prescription of Jueyin disease, was given to regulate yin and yang, regulate cold and heat, eliminate yin and close yang, so as to smooth the flow of qi, so two doses of medicine were taken to relieve wheezing. During the third diagnosis, due to the ineffectiveness of the routine therapy, according to the aggravation time of the attack at 5-6 pm, "when Yang Ming wants to be relieved" and "when Jue Yin wants to be relieved" at 3-6 am, Wumei Pill and Xiaochengqi Decoction were selected (dredging Yang Ming and benefiting Yang Qi), but unexpectedly, after taking 1 time (half dose), they felt relaxed and comfortable. Case 2: At the initial diagnosis, the cough due to wheezing occurred at 1~3 o'clock in the morning, and the onset time was in line with "Jueyin wants to relieve". After treatment with Wumei Pill, the symptoms were controlled at this time, but at the second diagnosis, it was told that it would be easy to catch cold and cough at 5~6 o'clock in the morning and 7~9 o'clock in the morning. Considering that the onset time was changed to 5~9 o'clock in the morning, it spanned "Jueyin". Cases 3 and 4 are all hypochondriac pain, but in case 3, the routine method of soothing the liver, regulating qi and activating collaterals was ineffective, because the hypochondriac pain time was aggravated at 2~3 pm, which was in line with "when Jue Yin wanted to relieve", so Wumei Pill was effective. In case 4, the patient's left hypochondriac pain was very severe at 3~4 pm, which was in line with "Yangming wants to relieve". Xiaochengqi decoction was given to open the lower Yangming, so that Yiyang gas reservoir could be closed and qi flow could be smooth, and the hypochondriac pain was eliminated by taking 1 dose.

Therefore, "when the six meridians want to be solved" is the grasping hand of Zhongjing's six meridians' syndrome differentiation, which is in line with the purpose of "examining the pathogenesis without losing qi" ("Su Wen Zhi Zhen Da Lun"). If we can attach importance to the application of clinical evidence and "change at random, know what is appropriate according to the time", we can adjust the yin and yang of the sick body with the help of the inherent yin and yang changes of nature and human body, so as to make full use of our strength and make it available to the ancients.
