Ingredients?
500g cherries
50g rock sugar
1200ml purified water
How to make cherry juice?
Clean the cherries and set aside with rock sugar.
Find a cooking pot without oil. After the water boils, pour the cherries and rock sugar together and close the lid.
After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. You will see the cherries floating through the lid of the pot, and the color of the cherries turns into peach pink.
