Carrots and yuba can be eaten together
Stir-fried yuba with carrots is a simple home-cooked dish. The main ingredients are chopped peppers, ginger, green onions, light soy sauce, and raw powder.
Ingredients:
Chop appropriate amounts of chili pepper, ginger, green onion, light soy sauce, and cornstarch;
Method:
1. Beancurd sticks Soak in warm water about two hours in advance. After soaking, remove and drain. Cut into sections about 5 cm long, then cut into shreds for later use. Cut lean meat into shreds, add a little cornstarch and mix well. Cut carrots into shreds. ; Cut the ginger into shreds; cut the green onion into flowers;
