2. Pork sliced, pepper cut small circles, garlic sliced.
3. Marinate the pork with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and dry starch for 10 minutes.
4. Pour oil in a hot pan and slide the meat.
5. Add millet pepper and garlic slices, and pop the aroma.
6. Pour in cucumber slices, stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and sugar.
7. Turn off the heat and drizzle in a little sesame oil.
