Tools/raw materials: Dictyophora dictyophora, Chai chicken, dried mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, red dates and corn.
1. Dictyophora dictyophora is dried, soaked in light salt water for 10 minute, washed and cut into sections for later use.
2. Dried mushrooms are soaked in advance. Cut a piece of corn into pieces for use. Wash a handful of seafood mushrooms for later use.
3. Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces, cook it in a pot, and add 1 tbsp cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
4. Pour enough water into the pot. After the water is boiled, add chicken nuggets, mushrooms, corn, onion, ginger and dried peppers, and stew in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
5. Time is up, wait patiently for the pressure to go down, add bamboo shoots, fresh mushrooms and red dates, and stew without covering the pot 10 minutes.
