How to make potato and shrimp balls
Ingredients
2 potatoes, half a catty of shrimp, 1 egg, 1 bag of bread crumbs, appropriate amount of salt and pepper< /p>
Method
1. Steam the potatoes with their skins open, remove the skins, add salt and crush them into mashed potatoes;
2. Beat the eggs , and bread crumbs are placed in two bowls respectively;
3. Blanch the shrimps in boiling water and pick them up immediately when they turn red. Don't overcook it, otherwise the shrimp meat will taste old during the frying process;
4. Remove the shrimp heads and shells, leaving the second section of the tail without peeling the shrimp shells. Add salt and pepper and mix well;

5. Take an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes and wrap the shrimps, leaving the tail outside, wrap it in egg liquid, then put it in bread crumbs to cover the whole ball, and cook them one by one;
