Seasoning: 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 5g green onion, 5g ginger, 5g garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp water, 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to make spicy stir-fry scallop meat
1.Wash the scallop meat, and soak it in clean water for half an hour. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into julienne strips, and cut chili peppers into small pieces
2. Take a small bowl, put oyster sauce, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water into a sauce; boil water in a pot, and add seasoning wine
3. When the water boils, blanch the scallop meat, and then remove it from the water and put it away for use
4. Pour vegetable oil into the sauté pan, and then turn to medium heat, and then put in the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers and stir-fry them
5. Turn to high heat, and then put in the blanched scallop meat, and put in the sauce (step 2) and the chili peppers. Blanch the scallop meat, put before the sauce (step 2), stir fry a few can be out of the pot
Cooking tips
1, blanching time should not be too long, 1 minute or so can be;
2, stir fry when you want to turn up the heat, in order to stir fry to the flavor. But pay attention not to paste the pan.
