Steps:

2. Steamed pork ribs
Ingredients: 500g pork ribs, 100g rice. Accessories: 1 spoon of fermented bean curd juice, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of white wine, half a green onion, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns.
Steps:
1. Clean the ribs, take them out and drain the water, then add onions and ginger, pour in an appropriate amount of white wine and marinate for a quarter of an hour. .
