Method 1: classic iced black tea.
1. Quickly boil two cups (480ml) of water. You can use a small pot or pot to boil water.
2. Turn off the fire.
3. Put in 3-5 packets of your favorite black tea. Ceylon and Qimen black tea are the most suitable, because staying in the cup will not make the tea turbid. You can even choose a mixed tea specially prepared for making iced black tea.
4. Let the tea bag soak in hot water for 5 minutes. Tea will be too bitter for more than 5 minutes, and too weak for less than 5 minutes. The tea brewed in this way will be thicker and then need to be diluted with water. Take out the tea bag when the time is up.
5. Pour the tea into the teapot. Cool for 5~ 10 minute.
6. Pour 2 cups (480ml) of cold boiled water. This will dilute the taste of tea. Mixed tea has the best effect.
7. Refrigerate it until it is completely cold. This step takes 2 to 3 hours.
8. Serve tea. Pour the tea into a cup filled with ice. Squeeze a slice of lemon into the tea and put mint on the surface. If you like sweetness, you can stir in half a teaspoon of sugar first, taste it, and then increase it as appropriate.
Method 2: fruity iced black tea
1, brew strong tea. The same as making classic iced black tea: boil 2 cups of water, put 3-5 black tea bags, soak for 5 minutes, then pour 2 cups of water and add sugar or lemon to taste. Pour the prepared black tea mixture into the teapot.
2. refrigeration. Put the black tea in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
3. Add 1/2 cups of syrup. Stir-if you don't feel sweet enough, you can add more syrup.
4. Prepare 1 cup of diced fruit. Dice peaches, pineapples, strawberries, raspberries and apples and fill 1 cup. You can sprinkle some lemon juice.
5. Add fruit to black tea. Stir until the diced fruit and red tea are evenly mixed and float in the teapot.
6. Serve tea. Pour the tea into a cup filled with ice. Put mint on the noodles.
Method 3: strawberry iced black tea
1. Pour 1.8 liters of hot black tea into a ceramic or glass bowl.
2. Add 1/3 cups of refined sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
3. Add 1/2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Try it and see if you need to add more sugar or lemon juice. Put it aside and let it cool.
4. Beat 900g strawberries into strawberry pulp. Remove strawberry residue with a fine sieve. Squeeze strawberry pulp with the back of a wooden spoon.
5. After the black tea is cooled, add strawberry pulp. Stir well. Pour the mixture into the teapot.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or more until it is completely cooled.
7. Serve tea. Fill the cup with ice, and then pour the tea in. You can put some fresh strawberries, whole or sliced, on the edge of the cup.
Method 4: vanilla iced green tea
1. Brew 4 teaspoons of matcha with 1 liter of hot water. Let the green tea soak for 1-2 minutes.
2. Pour the tea into the teapot.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir well.
5. Mix all the mixture evenly. Let the green tea and other materials mix well.
6. Add 1 spoon vanilla ice cream when serving tea. Add 1 spoon vanilla ice cream to each cup, and then pour in iced green tea. This kind of tea can even be used as dessert.
