2 medium potatoes, 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 onions, 50 ml of salt, black pepper, light cream, comprehensive vanilla seasoning, 500 ml of water.
Exercise:
1. Prepare raw materials, peel potatoes and dice onions.
2. Chop the bacon, put the bacon in a dry pot and stir fry over low heat. Stir-fry until bacon becomes a little burnt, dark red in color and smaller in size.
3. Then fry the onion with bacon oil, the onion will soften, and then add the diced beans to continue frying.
4. Heat the cooked potatoes slightly, then put them into a blender and add some water to make them into mashed potatoes (the degree of adding water can make the blender rotate smoothly).
5. Pour the mashed potatoes back into the pot and add the right amount of whipped cream to continue cooking. You can adjust the consistency of the soup at this time. If it is too thick, add some water until the mashed potatoes become smooth and sticky, and constantly stir the thick soup to avoid burning the pot.
6. Finally, add salt and black pepper to taste and turn off the heat. Put it in a bowl, add fried bacon and comprehensive herbs and serve.
