Ingredients?
Half a white fungus
Two handfuls of mung beans
A handful of barley
Two pieces of rock sugar
How to make white fungus, mung bean and barley in sugar water?
Prepare, soak mung bean, barley and white fungus for about three hours
Put all into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and then Simmer for half an hour, or longer if you want the beans to be more rotten. Add rock sugar and cook for another three minutes, then turn off the heat
You can drink it hot, or you can let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to eat it iced to cool down
