Laoganma's Fried Rice with Meat Foam
Cooked rice, less water, or choose overnight rice, or put cooked rice in the refrigerator for a while.
Put a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of cooking wine in the meat foam and marinate for fifteen minutes.
Shred carrots and potatoes, and chop ginger and garlic.
