2Wipe off excess water from the corn with a paper towel. Mix honey and water to make a honey water and brush evenly over the corn. Allow to air dry a bit, then brush the milk evenly over the corn. 2 minutes later, brush the melted butter evenly over the corn. After brushing each liquid, let the corn dry naturally for a few minutes.
3Place the corn on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees. 5 minutes before removing from the oven, remove the corn, brush the circumference with honey water again and continue roasting for another 5 minutes. While the corn is roasting, open the oven, turn it over a few times, and brush it with honey water for more even coloring. Corn brushed with honey water comes out golden brown and slightly charred.
