1. Cut tomatoes into cubes. Cut potatoes and carrots into 1.5cm dice, and cut onions and cabbage into slices of the same size.
2. Put some oil in the pot, add the onion and stir-fry. After frying until fragrant, add the tomatoes, cook over medium heat until the juice is soft, then add the potatoes and carrots and stir-fry briefly, and finally add the cabbage.
3. Stir everything well and then add two tablespoons of tomato paste. Pour in the water with the ingredients removed and bring to a boil.
4. After boiling for 5 minutes, add the curry cubes, stir well, then cover and cook until thickened. You can sprinkle some chopped herbs before serving.
