Ingredients: chicken wings, eggs
Small Ingredients: soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, corn starch, black pepper, cooking oil
Methods:
1. Wash the chicken wings, and cut a few diagonal cuts on both sides.
2, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, scratch well, marinate for 30 minutes.
