Jiangjin liquor
Produced in Jiangjin, Chongqing.
First, the whole grain of sorghum soaked in boiling water, cooking paste, cool; then cultivate bacteria saccharification, lees fermentation, regular temperature distillation of alcohol; and then by the aging of esterification, so that the wine is more mellow and plump; the last test, blending, bottling and become. The whole process implements the three requirements of uniformity, transparency and appropriateness. The liquor is clear and transparent, pure and free of impurities, mellow and aromatic, with a sweet aftertaste.
Jiangjin Citrus
Jiangjin, Chongqing, started to cultivate citrus as early as between Kangxi and Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty, with a history of 300 years, and it is one of the three major citrus producing areas in the country, which is known as "the hometown of citrus". Rongchang craft pottery

Fuling squash
