Raw eggs to determine the bad method:
1, appearance
Fresh eggs look bright color, eggshell slightly rough, there is a thin layer of white frost; bad eggs eggshell look up color slightly dark, eggshell smooth, with spots or mold.
2, touch
Fresh eggs feel solid and stable in the hand; bad eggs due to the loss of nutrients, loose yolk situation so hold in the hand is relatively light.
3, sound
Fresh egg yolk protein firm, shake up no sound; bad eggs shake up the feeling of water flow sound.
4, light
Eggs to the light observation, egg white, yolk clear, eggshell translucent for fresh eggs; feel the empty room is larger, black shadow, fuzzy for the bad eggs.
5, water test
Put the eggs into the water, good eggs will lie horizontally, while the bad eggs are tilted.
6, directly cracked
Directly crack the egg shell, if the yolk is scattered, egg white and egg white mixed together, or have a rotten smell, it means that the eggs are spoiled. If the yolk is nearly spherical and slightly raised, and the white (or egg white) is just clustered around it, the egg is fresh.
If the yolk is a little deflated and the white is clear, but still clustered, the egg may be a little less fresh, but still edible. If the yolk is flat and the whites are thin (almost like water), the egg is bad. This is the most direct way to tell.
