Yogurt powder one bag
Cold water 500ml
1Pour 500ml of cold water into the special Yogurt bottle (make sure it is cold water, not warm water. Due to the quality of the water in China, it is better to make it with mineral water or purified water at home).
2Then pour the whole bag of yogurt powder into the Yogurt bottle
3Shake well with the lid on to make the yogurt powder and the cold water blend well
4After mixing the yogurt powder with the cold water, add cold water to the bottle until it reaches the 1,000 ml mark
5Fill the container of the yogurt maker with 100 degrees Celsius of hot water up to the tip of the red part
6Put the mixture into the yogurt maker and mix it up with cold water. p>6Put the mixed yogurt bottle into the yogurt maker, cover and let it stand in a warm place for 8-12 hours. (Remember not to open the lid and not to move it around during fermentation.)
The yogurt can be put into the refrigerator directly after the yogurt is made, the taste is better.
Before making the yogurt machine, the Yogurt bottle should be sterilized at high temperature!
If you don't have yogurt powder, you can directly use the yogurt and milk powder bought from the supermarket to make it directly!
