Exercise:
1. Slice the bought lean meat and marinate it evenly with raw flour, salt and edible oil for a while.
2. Prepare loofah, day lily and bamboo sheng.
3. Boil boiling water in a small pot, then add some salt and chicken essence to taste, add day lily and bamboo shoots to boil.
4. Then add the loofah and cook for a few minutes.
5. Finally, put the marinated lean meat into the fire to boil, spread the lean meat evenly and cook it.
6. There are still a few pieces of leftover lettuce, which can be cooked out of the pot.
