Practice:
1) celery cut into small pieces, ginger, garlic minced, red bell pepper 2, cut into circles, onion cut into thick wire.
2) pot of hot oil, put a spoonful of finely chopped Pixian bean paste and ginger, garlic and pepper rings, stir fry after the flavor, pour into the meat, continue to stir fry. Turkey minced meat is relatively white, so in order to make the color of the minced meat become a little darker, pour a little soy sauce.
3) Stir-fry until the meat is browned, then pour in the chopped celery, and stir-fry the celery until there is little moisture.
Note:
1) I think, celery can also be replaced with other vegetables cut into small pieces.
2) The meat stuffing I used was from turkey, and the tails were from beef, so I think you could use pork as well.
3) If you're afraid of spice, you can leave out the bell peppers, and you can leave out the hot sauce. All in all, there is a lot of room for maneuvering
Many of the ingredients in this dish are not as spicy as they should be.
