Proportion of teriyaki sauce ingredients:
50ml oyster sauce, 100ml soy sauce, 150ml cooking wine, 120g sugar, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/3 onion, 4 slices of ginger, a small piece of cinnamon, one Chinese star anise, and 80ml of water.
Steps to do:
1, put the white segment of green onion, ginger slices, garlic cloves, star anise and cinnamon in a small pot, add the right amount of water and boil over high heat.
2, add Japanese soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine and brown sugar, cook slowly over low heat until the soup thickens, and then strain off all the residue into teriyaki sauce.
