How to cook porridge with coarse corn grits:
1. Wash the corn grits and soak them in water for about half an hour.
2. Prepare some sweet crispy corn kernels, eggs and brown sugar.
3. Put the soaked corn grits into the cooking pot, add appropriate amount of water to cook the porridge.
