Milk 1000ml yogurt 100ml sugar 50g starch: 4g.
Steps of milk tofu
1. Put the milk; Yogurt; Starch is put into the bread machine and processed into yogurt.
2. Put sugar in the processed yogurt and heat it in the pot. Turn off the heat when you see that the milk is separated from the yogurt.
3. Gently take out the milk block (tender as tofu brain) with a fine colander and put it in a grinding tool with a leaking bottom. I used it in a steamer.
4. Leave it for two days. After the edge is dried, take out and cut into pieces.
