Ingredients
Half pig's trotters
Moderate ginger
Moderate rock sugar
2 slices of coriander
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
1 star anise
1 small piece of cinnamon
3 dried chili peppers
Moderate amount of salt
Scallions Adequate
Pepper Adequate
Sauce pig's trotters (pressure cooker)
I bought just the first half of the pig's trotters (the back of the meat is too much still fat, depending on personal preference), buy pig's trotters you can ask the boss to help chop (of course, you can also go home and chop yourself), and then wash, cold water into the pot and cook boiling for 3-5 minutes to cook the bleeding froth. Fish out and drain.
Put oil in the pot, put all the spices, stir fry dry water over low heat, put the rock sugar stir fry, then add the right amount of salt and soy sauce for color, pour into the pressure cooker, add water just under the pig's trotters to open fire and simmer.
Large fire for about 10 minutes, small fire for about 15 minutes to turn off the fire, the gas runs out of the pot to add chopped green onions, finish
Really super easy, hurry up and do it
