Ingredients: pork belly, June fresh soy sauce, yellow wine, garlic, ginger slices, fragrant leaves and rock sugar.

Soak pork belly in clear water and cut into large pieces.

Add garlic cloves, rock sugar, ginger slices and fragrant leaves to the pot.

Add pork belly and 50g yellow wine.

Add a teaspoon of June fresh braised soy sauce and 40 grams of June fresh premium soy sauce.

Add a small bowl of water and put it in a boiling pot to boil (the amount of water is two-thirds of the ingredients)
