Materials:
Jellyfish silk 200g, cucumber 150g, salt 1 2 teaspoons, chicken powder 1 4 teaspoons, sugar1teaspoon, olive oil1teaspoon, rice vinegar 2 teaspoons, soy sauce 2 teaspoons and white pepper1teaspoon.
Exercise:
1. Shred cucumber and purple cabbage separately.
