It means that on February 2, spring is in full swing, and everyone persuades each other to eat flower cakes from the next year, so that their waists can be strong, they can endure the work, and they will not suffer from back pain.

The so-called "waist support cake" is a flat, oval-shaped cake made of glutinous rice flour with a slightly concave center, like a human waist.

The so-called "separated rice cake" means that people steam and prepare rice cakes before the end of the year and keep them until the second day of the second lunar month. Then they take out the collected rice cakes, cut them into slices, and fry them in a pot.
