Fried fritters
Ingredients: 3g of flour, 16g of milk, 1 egg, 3g of yeast, half a spoonful of salt and a little sugar.
Practice:
1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Beat eggs into flour, add yeast powder, salt and sugar.
3. Add milk and stir with chopsticks until there is no dry flour and it becomes a big sheet.
4. Knead the dough into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place.
5. Proofing for 1 hour until the dough is twice as big as the original dough, and the inside of the dough is honeycomb.
6. Take out the dough, put it on the chopping board, sprinkle some dry flour, arrange it into a rectangle without kneading it, and roll it into thin slices.
7. Cut into long strips with a knife, take two pieces, stack them together, put chopsticks in the middle of the noodles, press the chopsticks with your hands to press a seal in the middle of the noodles, cut a knife in the middle, and divide them into two sections.
8. Squeeze both ends, make them all, cover them with plastic wrap and wake them up for 15 minutes.
9. Heat the oil in the pan, medium heat, and the oil temperature is 5% hot. Put the thin strips in the oil pan, swell them and turn them over.
