1. Ingredients: sticky rice flour 2g, milk 15g, sugar 2g, yeast 5g, clear water 8g, cranberries a little.
2. Method: Put clean water in a microwave oven for 2 seconds, add 2g sugar and stir until it dissolves.
3. Add 5g yeast, stir well and let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Prepare sticky rice noodles and milk.
5. Pour yeast water into sticky rice flour.
6. Pour in 15g of milk, and then stir evenly to form a thin rice noodle paste.
7. Take a cake mold and pour the rice flour paste into it.
8. Put the steamer on the gas stove, put warm water in the steamer, put the cake mold in, cover it, and let it stand for about 4 minutes until the rice flour paste is fermented to twice its original size.
