Steps of making Ruyi Rolls

Chop carrots, mushrooms and green onions into small pieces.

Prepare the pork filling.

Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up, break in the eggs and use a spatula to stir-fry them into egg pellets.

Add radish and mushroom meat filling and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry without adding other ingredients.

Finally add chopped green onion and stir-fry until the filling is cooked and turn off the heat.

Take a piece of bean skin and lay it out, then put a piece of roasted seaweed on it.

Add fillings.

Use your hands to roll up the bean skin toward one end into a long column shape. Complete the other portion in the same manner. ***2 copies.

Use a knife to cut the roll diagonally into equal parts and serve on a plate.
