Curry Fish Egg and Shrimp Noodles
A spicy bowl of noodles that will keep you energetic for the day!
Ingredients
Ingredients: 100 grams of silver noodles, 5 fresh shrimps, 6 fish eggs, 3 soaked tofu, 1 Chinese cabbage, 1 green onion, 1 piece of ginger
Accessories: 1 packet of curry powder, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of oil, a little chicken powder, a little sugar, a little pepper
Method
1. Food preparation.
2. Use scissors to cut the back of the fresh shrimp, pick out the shrimp thread and peel off the shell. Put the shrimp shells and heads in a bowl. Add some salt, pepper, and chicken powder to the shrimps, and grasp them evenly with your hands to absorb the flavor.
3. Wash the Chinese cabbage, remove the old leaves and cut in half. Wash the green onions, cut the leaves into dices, and cut the head of the green onions into long sections. Peel, wash and slice the ginger.
4. Add an appropriate amount of water and a tablespoon of salt to a pot and bring to a boil.
5. Put down the dry noodles and keep the heat on medium. The soup can be cooked while the noodles are cooking.
6. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, pour down the shrimp heads and shells and stir-fry for a while, then add the ginger slices.
7. Add 2 bowls of water, cover the pot and keep it simmering for a while.
8. Pick up the shrimp shells, shrimp heads and ginger slices and discard them.
9. Pour in the curry powder and green onion stems.
10. Add fish eggs and tofu puffs.
11. Add shrimp.
12. Cover the pot and continue cooking for a while.
14. The noodles in the pot here can be picked up and poured into cold water.
15. Pour into a bowl.
16. The water used for cooking noodles can be used to blanch the Chinese cabbage.
17. Pick up and place on top of the noodles.
18. Boil the soup for about 5 minutes and add salt.
19. Chicken powder, sugar.
20. Stir and stir-fry evenly.
21. The ingredients are placed on the noodles.
22. Pour the remaining soup on top of the noodles.
