(2) The applicants for rental subsidies are: full-time graduate students and undergraduates (including those who have returned from studying abroad) from other ordinary universities except those who receive living allowances and housing subsidies; Persons who have obtained the vocational qualification certificates of Grade II (Technician) and Grade I (Senior Technician) for skilled personnel listed in the National Vocational Qualification Catalogue.

(4) The applicants for the ability and quality improvement subsidy are: on-the-job (employed) personnel who have obtained the previous academic degree (master's degree, doctoral degree) or on-the-job (employed) personnel who have obtained the previous vocational qualification certificate (technician, senior technician).

II. Application conditions
