Stewed goose with potato
Ingredients: half a goose, 20 peppers, 5 aniseed, 50g ginger, half a onion, 1 tablespoon of yellow sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, half a spoonful of sugar and 2 potatoes.
Practice: 1, cut the goose into pieces, blanch it in cold water, skim off the floating foam after the pot is boiled, turn it over several times with a colander, take it out for about 5 minutes and control it to dry. ?
2. Add some oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the goose and stir fry over low heat. Stir-fry until the goose changes color, add pepper aniseed and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes. ?
3. Cook the cooking wine along the edge of the pot and continue to stir fry a few times. Add yellow sauce, soy sauce, onion, ginger and sugar and stir fry together.
4. Add boiled water without goose meat, simmer for 10 minutes and then simmer for 40 minutes. ?
5. Add salt and potatoes and stew for another 20 minutes. You can add some coriander to taste the pot. ?
