Introduction
In Yunnan, there is such a place.
It is located in the west of Yunnan, bordering Myanmar on the north, west and south, and the city is full of unique buildings.
The fusion of various ethnic cultures here is colorful, with warm flowers and fruits in all seasons, and the residents are sincere, hospitable, enthusiastic and kind.
Director Chen Xiaoqing, in Yunnan, the origin of flavor, this is the most mentioned place!
The popularity here is by no means high, but all the tourists who have come here are full of praise.
this is Yunnan Dehong.
"Dehong" is a transliteration of Dai language, followed by "De" and "Hong" is the Nujiang River, which means "the place in the lower reaches of the Nujiang River".
Many people like Xishuangbanna's rich Dai customs and immerse themselves in the purity of Pu 'er. However, Yunnan also has the treasure of Dehong, which does not lose Banna or Pu 'er.
In the past two years, more and more friends have learned about this city full of ethnic customs and various delicacies.

Dream Pagoda
mangshi, the capital of Dezhou, is called "Menghuan" in Dai language, which means "City of Dawn". It is said that the Buddha came here just before dawn, so he was named "Dream".
The landmark building of mangshi is the Dream Pagoda.
Menghuan Shwedagon Pagoda is located at the top of Reya Jean at an altitude of 1,79.6 meters in the southeast of mangshi.
It is the "spiritual pillar" of the Dai people living here, and it also attracts monks and believers from many neighboring countries to visit.
The road leading to the Golden Pagoda is surrounded by two golden dragons, two elephant statues become guardians, and dozens of monk statues are arranged in turn from the door.
Walk around the pagoda and immerse yourself in various statues and stories behind the pagoda, the more you can appreciate the grandeur of the golden pagoda.
As night falls, the city is dotted with lights, and the Shwedagon Pagoda is brightly lit, as if it were the guardian of the city.
Dream Silver Pagoda
Dream Silver Pagoda is also the Great Silver Pagoda in mangshi, which is close to Shwedagon Pagoda, but totally different in temperament.
it has less profound history and connotation. It was built in 21 and opened in 21, but it's really nice here.
The silver tower is solid, so it can only be seen from the outside. This tower has a symmetrical beauty. Wind chimes are hung at the top of each tower. When the wind blows, it makes a very pleasant sound.
It is a good place to watch the sunset and overlook the downtown area of mangshi, and it is also a good place to overlook the Shwedagon Pagoda.
Pagoda
Many people don't know that the official name of Baoshu Pagoda is "Tiecheng Pagoda".
This Dai-style stupa was built by Chief mangshi more than 2 years ago to commemorate the victory of a war. Later, a banyan seed accidentally fell here, and the pagoda was gradually wrapped by banyan trees.
This banyan tree has been around for more than 2 years, and it is flourishing, blocking the sunshine.
Dai Palace
Dai Palace is more like a cultural innovation park of the Dai people, and various Dai cultures.
The Dai Palace is undoubtedly an excellent place to experience Dai costumes. Wearing Dai costumes will not be abrupt, and it can complement the environment well.
Dai architecture, murals, tapestries, etc. Present Dai's production and life scenes one by one. All kinds of Dai cultural decorations are very suitable for taking pictures.
rare gardens in Montparnasse
The rare gardens in Montparnasse are very strange.
By rare, we mean that there are many rare plants. Rare plants under national first-class and second-class protection, such as Alsophila spinulosa, Cycas revoluta, Ginkgo biloba, Dendrobium, Antlers, Boxwood, Cinnamomum camphora, Rosette, and Tooth Nest.
Odd refers to living root carvings with strange shapes-plumeria, various stalactites, and banyan trees shaped like dinosaurs and flower baskets.
Archaic refers to the existing century-old and famous trees, thousand-year boxwood, ten thousand-year ivory fossils and hundred million-year silicified wood and jade.
strangeness refers to the strange shapes of plants in the garden, such as trees wrapped in stones, trees wrapped in trees, holes in trees, etc.
The free-range peacocks here are a highlight. You can take photos with all kinds of peacocks along the way. Maybe it takes more time to take photos with peacocks than to visit them.
A forest of trees
This is an "independent" tree. From a distance, there is a green forest on the left side of the road. If you look closely, you will find that this forest is actually just a banyan tree.
I grew up on the edge of National Highway 32, which has just entered the urban area of Ruili. It seems to be standing there waiting for tourists from afar, so the locals call it Yingkerong.
This banyan tree is small, ranking fifth in Dehong Prefecture, but it is favored by many TV dramas because of its peculiar tree shape and changeable posture.
For example, The Beacon in the Border Village, Princess Peacock, Passengers in Handcuffs, The Journey to the West, etc. It was all shot here.
Chen Xiaoqing, the general director of Eating in Dehong
, mentioned Dehong and mangshi many times in his documentary China on the Tip of the Tongue.
It also attracted many old people to fly over to visit this gourmet city.
The price here is very low. Two people can come out sideways after eating dozens of dollars in the snack street.
if you come, don't try. Live like a local, experience the culture of ethnic minorities, try all kinds of delicious food, ride a bicycle, and talk and laugh in the streets full of fruits and flowers.
If it's your first time to taste delicious food in Dehong, you must try the shops and pavements recommended by local people.
don't give up just because the stools in the shop are too short and crowded, or because there is no advanced taxi calling system. After all, when you really eat them, you will feel that they are not important.
Come to Dehong, you can't miss that bowl of breakfast.
There are all kinds of choices, such as shredded bait, rice noodles, noodles, beef broth, braised pork and sour soup, and sometimes a cup of Myanmar milk tea is enough.
Whether it's sour beef near the Manchu-Han banquet, or even a breakfast shop, or beef with clear soup on the road, it's full of Dehong flavor.
If you like to eat bait silk, Lin's round bait silk is the first choice, and local people will come to the breakfast shop. The special round bait silk and handmade Baba are very good.
A bowl of shredded bait can be mixed with more than 1 kinds of seasonings, which is also the characteristic of Dehong.
if you like rice noodles, you must nominate Chang's second-hand rice noodles.
for a cooked rice noodle, the store will match it with radish soup, bean curd soup, lettuce, sour soup and various side dishes, put a ball of rice noodle in the palm of your hand, then put the mixture on the rice noodle, wrap it into a big mouth and send it to your mouth. Cool!
There are countless snacks of various colors, each with its own unique flavor. Full of ups and downs, never boring.
There are also refreshing coconut milk-flavored drinks, such as fresh fruit juice soaked in Luda and XXL fruits, and hand-brewed coffee in various coffee shops in Yunnan, which are all worth trying.
Not to mention the green leaf banquet and peacock banquet, just looking at the appearance is amazing. They don't want to leave after dinner.
Besides, Dehong is a border area, and exotic foods can be seen everywhere in the streets.
What other great foods are there?
