I haven't been to many places, but every time I go to a place, I will taste the local specialties, so I don't need to go there. There are several places that impressed me the most.

first, it is the capital of food, Chengdu, the land of abundance. When traveling to Chengdu, enjoying the scenery often ranks second, and shopping is the most important thing. There are countless cuisines in Chengdu. Although I didn't try all the cuisines in Chengdu because of the limited travel time, the most important ones left a deep impression on me. Chengdu Hot Pot, I ate hot pot for two days in a four-day trip. Xiaolongkan and Shu Jiuxiang have their own characteristics, but of course they are both hemp and spicy. As a northeast person, I can eat spicy food, but I am still grinning with spicy teeth, but I am very happy. There are also husband and wife lung slices, bell dumplings, Mapo tofu, maocai, dragon wonton soup, sad bean jelly, brown sugar Baba, etc., which are mainly spicy, and individual sweets are numerous, all of which are basically delicious, and the food capital is worthy of the name.

second, Guangzhou. By the way, when it comes to food, of course, Guangdong is the best place to eat. As soon as I got off the plane, I couldn't wait to find an authentic Cantonese restaurant. Sure enough, I came up with a bag of tea, sipped tea and waited leisurely for the delicious food to be served. Cantonese food tastes moderate, not as sweet as expected, especially shrimp dumplings, boiled chicken, fried beef river, etc., which is in line with my taste as a northeast person. After that, I tried some authentic snacks such as radish beef brisket, Wonton Noodles, pig rice rolls, and barbecued pork with honey sauce, all of which were very delicious. Of course, I don't have the courage to try too exotic food.

thirdly, Xiamen. Yes, when it comes to Xiamen, it seems that it is still famous for its beautiful scenery, but after coming to Xiamen, I realized that Xiamen's food is not inferior. Fried oyster omelet, frozen bamboo shoots, Satay Noodles, three cups of chicken and so on all have their own characteristics. Xiamen's seafood is also very famous, because it is close to the sea, so it is fresh and varied, but it is a little expensive.

I have been to places where the food impressed me the most. These cities are really worth visiting.
