1. Prepare ingredients: mutton, Chili noodles, cumin powder, salt and bamboo sticks.
2. Soak the bamboo stick in water for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the mutton into small pieces, string them all on bamboo sticks, put them evenly on the baking tray, brush the skewered mutton skewers with oil (brush both sides) and put them in the oven 180 degree baking 15 minutes.
4. Brush the oil on both sides again after15 minutes, sprinkle with pepper noodles, cumin powder and a little salt, and bake for 10 minutes.
