3. Wonton

4. jiaozi
Eating jiaozi in the north is the custom of many festivals, and so is February 2nd. Eating jiaozi on February 2nd is called "eating dragon's ears", and eating jiaozi on the day when the dragon looks up must be jiaozi with meat and vegetables.
5. Onion Cake
In some places, the cake eaten on February 2nd is called "Long Lin Cake", while in Luliang area, the pancake or scallion oil pancake eaten this day is called "Uncovering the Dragon Skin".
