Due to the epidemic, the first trip of 2020 was not ushered in until the end of August.
It’s the early days of the National Day holiday, and I’d like to share with you my little Yantai guide~ When will it be next time, or what day will it be on another day, go wherever you want, and leave as soon as you say~ As usual, let’s take the route first.
DAY 1: Yantai Station - Yantai Mountain - Moon Bay (by yacht) - East Fort - Zhanqiao - a series of well-known and unknown attractions along the line - Hotel - Yangma Island (catch the sunset) - Yantai Food Street DAY 2: Sunrise
- Catch the sea near the hotel - No. 1 Bathing Beach - Clock Museum - Art Museum - Joy City ps: Highly recommend the lighthouse of Yantai Mountain (you can take the elevator directly to the top floor for a wide view), Yantai Food Street (so delicious! And cheap! But hard to find)
) and find a place to watch the sunrise and sunset (you may be able to watch the sunrise at the hotel) Note--Tips 1- Wear sun protection when traveling. If you want to play freely on the beach, prepare slippers. You can bring or buy them.
2- The scenic spots are relatively dense and concentrated. Most of the time, the best way to enjoy the trip is by electric bicycle (bicycles are not suitable because there are many uphill and downhill roads). I personally think it is more convenient than sightseeing cars and other modes of transportation.
3- If you are pressed for time and don’t have time to go to the hotel to store your luggage, various roadside stalls can store your luggage. Just talk to the boss. The approximate price is five yuan per backpack. Of course, don’t put valuables.
4- Be careful when going to the reef beach and don’t wear shoes that are too slippery!
Otherwise, you will fall miserably like me...crying.
Yantai Mountain Park - I arrived at Yantai Station at 7 o'clock on Saturday morning. I left the train station and went straight to Yantai Mountain. There are buses to choose from, but the air and temperature in the early morning were just right. After lying on the sleeper all night, my friend and I chose to walk.
Go and arrive at Yantai Mountain Park in about 35 minutes. It is free and open to enter by swiping the Shandong Province Health Code. Leave your large backpack with the lady at the service desk and you can easily carry your small bag and camera.
A lazy and noble cat.
Walking in the green park in the early morning, I couldn't help but feel refreshed. If I hadn't chosen the train that departed in the evening and arrived in the morning, it would have been around 9 a.m. from the hotel, haha.
The super-beautiful lighthouse looks more simple and beautiful against the blue sky and white clouds. Tickets for the lighthouse are 10 yuan. The elevator goes directly to the top floor. Once you go up, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Yantai city and the sea. It feels like you can spend a whole day watching it!
Moon Bay - There are some small attractions in Yantai Mountain Park. It is not very big to walk around. After you have spent enough time at the lighthouse, you can go out and pick up your luggage and go to the next attraction~ My friend and I stupidly chose bicycles.
I thought it wasn't very far, but then I realized why there are far more electric bicycles in Yantai than bicycles... It's impossible to ride uphill... Moon Bay is very close to Yantai Mountain, and if you ride an electric bike, it's probably only about ten.
For minutes, I rode along Binhai North Road. There was the sea along the way. The scenic spots were very easy to identify. The road was very smooth as long as there was electricity. Because of the uphill and downhill slopes, it felt like driving by the sea. You still have to go to places with very steep slopes.
Pay attention to safety and brake appropriately.
The wishing card is full of expectations, letting fate stay at this moment of meeting.
Experience the speed and passion of a yacht at sea for a little luxury, and you can negotiate the price.
My friend and I ended up walking back and forth from Moon Bay to Yantai Mountain for 100 yuan each. We blew the sea breeze on various unknown bridges, took a walk, and admired the sea and sky. Who can refuse such a beautiful gift from nature.
The East Fort is also nearby, and you can get there within a short walk. There are many similar attractions along the way, so I won’t go into details here. When we’re almost there, we take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel we chose is a B&B near Binhai Middle Road.
Villa area~ The room I booked is a large, spacious and exquisite attic. The environment in the villa is also better. I can see that the host and hostess maintain it very clean and very quiet. I like the windows, layout and lighting in the room the most.
First class!
Even the skylight in the bathroom can directly see the blue sky and white clouds. There is also a window in the room that opens to the sea and allows you to watch the sunrise!
Yangma Island - Yangma Island is the closest to the train station, while Changdao is slightly further away. In order not to waste too much time on the journey, I finally chose Yangma Island to visit.
Put away your luggage, take a shower and take a taxi directly to Yangma Island.
It costs 50 yuan to take a taxi from where I live to Tianma Plaza on Yangma Island. There are places to rent electric cars nearby. A three-wheeled electric car with a sun protection shed costs 30 yuan an hour. Yes, it’s a bit expensive, but it’s worth it. Two
Individuals can ride it freely around the island, which is said to be 40 kilometers long. Walking and cycling are definitely not possible given the time and energy.
Electric cars can be parked anytime and anywhere. You can lock the car whenever you want to stop and play around the island, as long as it doesn't block the road. The car has its own positioning system, so you don't have to worry about losing it.
