cooking method (six people)
1. Wash red beans (soak them in cold water for one night first), put them in a pot, add water for 2 minutes, turn off the fire, open the lid and let them cool for half an hour.
2. Wash the rice, pour it into the rice cooker together with red beans and boiled red bean water, and stir well.
3. Pour water into the pot, and put the palm of your hand on the red beans and rice. The amount of water shall not exceed five fingers.
