Yes The west campus of Xinxiang Medical College is a three-way college. Sanquan College was established in 2003. In 2004, it was recognized as an independent college at undergraduate level by the Ministry of Education. It is the only independent medical college in Henan Province at present. Sanquan College is jointly invested and built by Xinxiang Medical College and Sino-American Group.
