Fire Safety
Three Meetings, Four Knowledges and Five Familiar Contents
One and Three Meetings
1. Be able to call the fire alarm
(1) Dial the correct fire alarm number: 119;
(2) Don’t panic and speak clearly;
(3) Report the detailed address and burning materials of the fire, State the telephone number used and the name of the caller;
(4) Hang up the phone only after receiving a clear answer from the fire brigade;
(5) Go to the main intersection to meet the fire truck and lead the way.
2. Be able to put out the first fire
(1) Alarm
(2) If there is no fire extinguishing equipment, you can use local materials. Use quilts, sand, water, etc. to put out the fire;
(3) If you have fire extinguishing equipment, you can use appropriate fire extinguishers to put out the fire in a targeted manner according to the type of burning objects. Most of the fire extinguishers currently equipped in our school are ABC dry powder fire extinguishers, which can be used to extinguish solid, gas, liquid, electrical and certain metal fires. They are a widely used fire extinguishing equipment.
3. Be able to escape, self-rescue, and organize evacuation
(1) The visibility is good, do not crowd, and evacuate in a file;
(2) The smoke is thick, do Take good protection, cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel or cloth, and evacuate in a low position;
(3) If there is a fire on the floor, when people are on the second floor and the stairs are blocked by the fire, you can take advantage of the favorable conditions and take relevant measures Go downstairs, don't jump blindly. When people are above the third floor (including the third floor), do not jump off the building. Be calm, avoid fireworks, and wait for rescue.
(4) If you catch yourself on fire, quickly throw yourself on the spot or jump into the water. You cannot run.
2. Four Knowledges
1. Know the dangers of fire in the place;
2. Know the characteristics of fire;
3. Know The location and place where the fire extinguisher is placed;
4. Know the measures to remediate the initial fire.
Three and five familiarity
1. Be familiar with the working environment of the position;
2. Be familiar with the fire hazards of the position;
3. Be familiar with the types and quantities of fire extinguishers;
4. Be familiar with fire extinguishing and evacuation plans;
5. Be familiar with the correct operation methods and performance of fire extinguishers.
The filling amount of the fire extinguisher is limited and the injection time is short. It requires correct operation: (portable) lift it to about 5 meters away from the burning place, pull out the safety pin, hold the handle with one hand, and hold the nozzle at the front end of the hose with the other hand. , aim at the root of the flame, and sweep left and right from near to far until the flame is completely extinguished.
Various conference rooms in hotels can easily cause fires if they are not properly guarded. There are many electrical equipment and high power consumption. During the performance, a large number of lights need to be used on the stage. If the installation is poor, or the three phases are temporarily unbalanced, causing local overload, the electrical circuits will heat up and the insulation layer will accelerate aging and damage. Electric leakage or short circuit may cause fire. If the plugs and sockets of mobile lamps are not in good contact, they will generate heat due to excessive contact resistance. When the position of the lamp is too close to combustible materials, it is easy to catch fire due to excessive temperature. There are many flammable materials in the venue, and once burned, it can easily spread. If a fire breaks out in the presence of a large number of spectators, it can easily cause chaos, crowding and even serious casualties. The fire prevention work in the conference room should focus on the following points:
The electrical equipment on the stage must comply with fire safety requirements. It is strictly prohibited to use aluminum insulated wires on the stage. Three-phase balanced electricity must not exceed the load. , control the power consumption within the rated range.
The installation location of lighting fixtures on the stage should be checked before use. Hanging lights should be no less than 40cm away from curtains, scenery and other combustible objects. All moving lamps should use rubber-covered cables, and plugs and sockets should maintain good contact. Equipment that easily generates heat, such as voltage regulators, should be installed on a non-combustible basis to prevent combustibles from catching fire.
Smoking on stage is strictly prohibited and a dedicated smoking room should be set up.
When using flammable and explosive items for flame effects on stage, it must be approved by the fire protection center and have a dedicated person responsible for supervision.
No other flammable materials are allowed in the venue.
Safety exits, walkways and emergency doors should be kept clear and no debris should be piled up.
After each performance, a designated person should be designated to cut off the power supply, conduct a fire inspection, and confirm that there are no abnormalities before leaving.
