Stir-fried loofah with garlic bones
Ingredients: 250g roasted garlic bones, 1 450g loofah, a little carrot, 4 slices of ginger
Method :
1. Chop the garlic bones into pieces, peel and cut the loofah with a hob, peel and slice the carrots, and slice the ginger.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger slices until fragrant, add loofah and carrots and mix well, then sprinkle in a little boiling water.
3. Continue to fry until the loofah becomes soft and can be scooped up.
4. Heat the oil in the pan again, add the garlic bones and stir-fry until fragrant, add the loofah and stir-fry until the melon is cooked, and season with salt.
