When going to Mount Emei, it is best to bring a thicker down jacket, or wear a few more layers. Your plan should be almost there, and it would be better if it comes with a hat.
Because it is snowing in the mountains, my head will be covered with snow water by then.
There are a few things to note, which I will copy to you from my replies to others: First, you must bring rain gear and keep warm when you come to Mount Emei. You can also bring some cold medicine or other daily medicines.
Although Mount Emei is only 3,000 meters high, there are still a few people who feel uncomfortable after going up there.
Mount Emei is already covered with ice and snow in winter, so it is recommended that you wear more clothes.
Second, in January, there is already snow above the middle of Mount Emei. It is recommended not to walk up the mountain, as walking is difficult, especially the two sections from Jiulinggang to Leidongping, and from Jieyindian to Jinding.
If you really want to choose to walk up the mountain, I recommend a route for you: Baoguo Temple-Wannian Temple-Jiulinggang-Xixiangchi-Leidongping.
This route saves time, and there are quite a few shops along the way.
There are people selling flat nails on the mountain. They can be put on your feet to help you walk. The price is about 15 to 20 yuan.
I still recommend that you take the bus. The round trip between Baoguo Temple and Leidongping only costs 90 yuan, and it is more convenient.
Third, as long as the time you go is not the Spring Festival or New Year's Day, it should be in the off-season, and the admission fee is 90 yuan.
